Why am I not receiving emails or newsletters from Skinsider?

Some email services may classify our emails as "spam." To ensure you receive our newsletters, product alerts, and email reminders:

1. Upon receiving our email for the first time, add our email address to your address book.

2. Add our domain addresses (@skinsider.co.uk) to the allowed list of senders/incoming emails.

3. If you don't see our emails in your Inbox, check your spam and trash folders. If found there, mark it as "not spam" or "report as not spam," depending on your email account service (Yahoo!, Hotmail, Gmail, etc.).

4. If our domain addresses are on your emails blacklist (blocked list of senders), remove them.

5. Please refrain from blocking or reporting our emails as "spam." Instead, if you wish to not receive our emails unsubscribe from our newsletter.
