Why can't I see the order I just placed?

Orders just placed on our site may not display immediately due to our system requiring time to process the information. This process typically takes a few minutes.

Additionally, if there was a typo in your email address during checkout, your order may not be connected to your account.

If you do not see your order after a couple of hours from order placement, please contact Customer Support for assistance.
