2. Check with your neighbors or family members to confirm the package was not left with them and look at surrounding areas to confirm if the package was left around the premises.
3. If you are unable to locate your parcel or have concerns about its delivery, we advise reaching out directly to the courier service handling your shipment. Usually, you can redirect your parcel to a Parcel Shop if the courier had unique issues with delivering to your address. Sometimes a mis-scan can happen and your parcel status may show delivered but it is in fact still in transit.
