You can you track your delivery using the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation e-mail.
If you can't find your tracking, or if the tracking does not work, please reach our Support Team by submitting a ticket request or by the contact form on our website. We will do our best to help you track your parcel.
As all our parcels are fully tracked, they allow customers to manage their delivery. This includes scheduling delivery on a different date, selecting a safe place or a neighbor where the parcel can be delivered, and providing instructions on where the parcel should not be left.
Please manage your delivery if you anticipate being unavailable to accept the parcel.
