We are processing our orders Monday to Friday in our UK- based warehouse.
Orders placed before 5.30pm BST are being processed the same day.
Orders placed during the weekend will be processed at the warehouse on Monday.
Deliveries are counted in working days and are taking place during working days.
There are some deliveries taking place on Saturdays, however this is not guaranteed.
The majority of letters and parcels within the UK are delivered on time, however, there might be some delays with a small number of deliveries.
