One option is to contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We can edit the delivery details if the package has not yet been packed.
If the postal code is the same you might be able to redirect your parcel to a parcel shop before the parcel is manifested.
You can do this on your tracking link (it was sent with your confirmation email).
In some cases you may be able to redirect your parcel to a different safe place of your choice, please check the courier portal for your options.
If redirecting the parcel is impossible, the wrong shipping details are provided during the checkout, and the parcel is returned to us as a result of this mistake, we will deduct the shipping cost applicable to the order. The refund will be processed once the parcel is returned to our warehouse.
If the parcel is safely delivered to the provided incorrect shipping address, Skinsider does not take responsibility for retrieving the parcel, nor can we redirect or cancel delivered parcels.
