Sometimes it means it might have missed the connection with the courier or the tracking wasn't updated.
In cases like this you can:
1. Contact the courier service which usually helps and the tracking is updated in the next few days.
2. Contact us by raising a ticket here or by the contact form on our website and we will look into your parcel. Please note it may take up to two working days to resolve. We rely on the courier's timely response and truly appreciate your patience during this process.
